Our Story:
Every year, thousands of immigrant families are separated because of a lack of knowledge, incorrect information, or lack of resources; this caught the attention of Lilian Paredes and led her to open up New Hope Immigration Services, a community-based organization where families or individuals could receive help with their immigration processes.

This organization opened its doors in 2005 and to date, is pleased to help and serve the community, providing them a "new hope" that they did not previously have. Since then, New Hope Immigration Services has been "dedicated to serve" the community with kindness, effort, and patience.

Our Mission:
New Hope Immigration Services, Inc. is dedicated to serving, informing, and promoting family unity in the low-income immigrant community through direct immigration education and counseling. Our agency is recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice and is located in Garland, Dallas County, serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area.
